Osteoporosis Dance Video

Description47 minute exercise video tape with instruction and practice of 4 simple walking type dance routines appropriate for weight-bearing exercise to maintain or improve bone density and general fitness.  Instruction on level of exertion and simple stretch routine included.

Suitable forSenior or frail clients as well as for anyone who wants the option of exercising inside rather than walking outside or traveling to a mall or a gym for regular weight bearing exercise to prevent bone loss.
 Can be done either free-standing or holding on to counter, walker, etc.!!!
